It turned out well. I did half black and half white rice and threw in frozen edamame at the end and left it on warm while I cooked the rest of dinner.

This was really good - I used the Insta Pot for 25 min, but it needed another 25 min to cook fully. I screwed up and added the whole bag of edamame before cooking the second half, so the vibrant green color was more brown. LOL. Awesome texture.
