Tasted the beef when cooked and my initial thoughts were; ‘not a lot of taste’, but! After adding the garlic, ginger and veggies and specially the black pepper the taste is amazing! This one will be added to my regulars 😋

This is my second time making it I always double triple the sauce but just don’t add all the cooking oil if you do so I always have to make a
Slurry if I use too much oil but it always comes out amazing I use red and orange peppers and my mom and dad just love it

This was amazing I made extra sauce and let it Marinate for 20 minutes. With some white rice and it was delicious!

It was delicious but didn’t make enough sauce for some at the table. Next time I’ll make extra marinate and add it at the end.

It turned out good. I will definitely make it again. I did not have the oyster sauce.

Meal was satisfying, but could use more flavor. I used powdered Chinese ginger. Next time will use fresh.

This is a great recipe. I marinaded the meat for two hours. Tender and tasty. Served over rice.

came out great!! family said it tastes the same as take out! and it was easy and quick
