- 2 fajita seasoning (rounded teaspoons)
- 2 tsp. black pepper (fresh)
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 2 cups corn flakes (crushed into fine crumbs)
- 1/2 cup Cheez-Its (or gold fish, crushed into fine crumbs)
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp. pepper (fresh black, pepper)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 3/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried chives
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
