Great was amazing. I would definitely make again,but would add more sauce for the rice.

Black pepper chicken is one of my faves. This one came out ok. Most of the corn starch seemed to come off in the grease so it didn’t really have a good batter. Also the white pepper seemed to be more pronounced than the black. I’ll try it again with a few adjustments.

Very very tasty. Mine ended up not looking like the photo, but I did not deep fry my chicken.

I have made this twice now, First time, used the recommended vegetables, second time, I replaced them with a "stir fry" mix from Costco; most excellent decision. This is a staple recipe for an easy meal during the week with the family.

The oyster sauce worried me for a bit until it actually started cooking. Once everything was in the pan, it all came together and tasted amazing. Will be making again soon.
