Variations for the dish I first fell in love with, No lemon juice or oregano. Add salt and pepper. Use roasted garlic. May cut with Kalamata olives for flavor and color.

Easy and delicious! Made 1/2 recipe Nd added 1/2 can of black olives and some Spanish olives for color.
