Pretty good but doesn't have the Florida Keys black beans and rice flavor I was looking for. Added some extra cilantro, cumin, and juice of one lime. I would make it again but still looking for that perfect recipe

Added fresh jalapeño with the garlic and onions. Cooked them down in red wine and lea&perrin's before adding to the rice and beans.
