    Easy to make and was delicious!

    I somewhat change up the recipe. I prefer to rince my bean to remove as much sodium as possible. After rinsing the beans I added them to the pot with rice along with onions and some coconut cream. Came out delicious.

    Great recipe and really easy. When a recipe says to use "chili peppers" it's really annoying because that doesn't really tell me which to use! I used jalapeño and it turned out really good.
