- 3 tortillas (I use FlatOut Italian Herb)
- 19 oz. black beans (can of drained and rinsed, comes out to about 340g)
- 1 tomato (~210g)
- 1/2 onion (~150g)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (I used Catelli Garden Select Country Mushroom)
- 200 grams mushrooms
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. chives (or green onion, 8g)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cilantro
- 100 grams cheese (choice, I used 3/5 Tex Mex Light and 2/5 light cheddar cheese)
- chili powder

- black pepper

- herbs
- cooking spray (I use Pam)
- sour cream (Garnish ideas:, /greek yogurt, optional)
