Passes the “husband taste test” with flying colors! Huge victory since the only ingredient he likes on it’s own is the black bean! He enjoys eating burger with an egg and hot sauce. Thanks for the recipe pic with the egg otherwise I’m not sure he would have gotten passed the beets & oats. I appreciate I can make ahead, bake, freeze, then frying for a quick healthy meal.
