- 1 jalapeno (minced)
- 3 cups black beans (cooked)
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels (or fresh)
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 12 flour tortillas (or whatever you usually buy for burritos)
