My entire family likes this recipe. It is simple and easy to make. My challenge is how to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pan and breaking up. I also reversed the order of cooking, ie i did the tofu first, removed from pan, then did the pepper and escallion, added the black bean garlic sauce, then added the tofu.
