This was good however it was missing the “kick” I wanted. There was a subtle sweetness to the salsa. Fantastic topping on a burger!

Roasted corn on the cob rather than frozen and added a little olive oil. Tasted great immediately. Can’t wait to taste it tomorrow.

This salsa was amazing!! The only thing I did not include was cumin only because I forgot! Oops! It was still great! I had it over a piece of salmon I also grilled my lemon in halves and squeezed the juice over the salad and I grilled my corn and cut right off the cob
