I enjoyed this recipe with added garlic salt and avocado. It’s a perfectly refreshing pair with a spicy taco bar.

Good but did add a can of diced green chilies and one finely chopped jalapeño made it much better

I've made this multiple times now. It's quick to prepare and is a taste of yummy freshness, everytime. I don't always follow the exact measurements, I just eye ball it now.
