Turned out great!! It was a last minute decision to make something quick and easy before heading out to a cookout. Made some adjustments to it though. Didn’t have to Roma tomatoes on hand so I used a small can of diced tomatoes with green chilies ( not drained) and left the lime juice out due to hubby having eczema and citrus causes it to flare up. But I will have it on the side for people to add at their own convenience 😊.

Awesome and easy and it’s a great complement dish to my fish tacos. I also use the left overs to sprinkle in salads.

Tripled the cumin, added about 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1TBSP red wine vinegar. Really woke the flavors up

Turned out great! This is my new go-to for this salsa! Tip: make it the night before. Flavors marry better overnight.

Fantastic, I’m an RN and made this for our Surgical/ICU crew and everyone raves over it, and I have to admit they are sometimes a hard crowd to please!

Very nice recipe. Personally, I thought it needed a touch of “something”, so I added a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and my additional ingredient was mango. I wanted to add some avocado but it did not ripen in time.

Love this salsa, i just tweaked it a little bit. I do a heaping each of 1/4 tsp cumin and 1/4 tsp cayenne in place of the 1/2 tsp cumin. I also use the membranes of 1 of the jalapenos to add a hint of heat to this recipe, but not so much that all you taste is heat. Yum!

I have made this numerous times and it is always a hit. I do add some green onions also and leave out the jalapeno chilies. I have added green chilies to it and it is delicious!

This really is delicious. Make sure you rinse the black beans or the salsa is runny. I made this mistake and remedied it by adding extra can of rinsed black beans. This would also be very good with tomatillo tomatoes.

This turned out really good. It's simple - and not having a lot of ingredients, it makes it easy to enjoy sooner.

Yummy it is always a hit at my get togethers I am on weight watchers and this is a perfect item with low points make it for your guest they will love it
