Nothing to write home about. A basic black bean /corn salad. It didn’t move me like others. Needed either some heat, sweetness or something.

Excellent. A quick and tasty lunch/dinner. I did make 2 adjustments: doubled the amount of lime juice, and added a tsp. of salt to the mashed avocado.
