Fist time cooking quinoa! This dish is so much better than I was hoping for. My kids even loved it. Packed with flavor and yumminess. I added diced red peppers for a little more crunch and texture and used white onions instead of green. Aboslutly delicious!

I could taste the cumin, but it was good. I made the quinoa in chicken broth because I had no vegetable broth, I think it gave it a funky flavor. I should have just used water. Overall a good dish!

It was WONDERFUL!!! My entire home smells delicious and it wasn’t too difficult.

It was actually amazing! It was eating healthy but didn’t have that boring bland health food taste. It’s also an amazing protein source as I am vegetarian so I picked this up looking for ways to keep protein in my diet. I did add a bit extra cumin and garlic because I’m Latino and that adds that Latino restaurant flair. I loved it!!! FIVE STARS

I am in the process of trying to eat healthier and have been encouraged by my physician and friends to eat more grains and decrease the amount of red meat... I am a voracious carnivore lol and was hesitant to try anything else. I saw this recipe on yummily and was quite pleased with the results. It is very flavorful and filling. It helps that it was easy to make as well. It is a keeper!
