Theses were easy to make They turned out light & fluffy. I used broccoli instead of bell peppers. Love that they are convenient size & portable.

Fantastic! this is a great badic recipe let your imagination fly. aThese freeze well so I maje a ton snd freeze them for the week.

Quick and easy. I added chopped ham and used 4 large eggs . My taste testers was my 7 seven year old son and his nana. They both wanted more than the original two I gave them each. My mixture made just a dozen this time. Next I will use more milk. I will use this recipe on the weekends and on the go school drop off days. Thanks

A good recipe that lends itself to modification. I changed broccoli for the pepper and added bacon would make it again

Turned out good despite my heavy hand with salt. I added an egg & more milk because it was going into a regular glass pie plate. Also added deli ham, & spinach because I didn't have peppers. In a bigger container I could've added another egg or two. Simple, tasty, adaptable, & lighter without a crust.
