- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped, optional)
- 1 loaf Italian bread (or French, about 20 in. long, halved lengthwise)
- 8 oz. smoked turkey breast (thinly sliced)
- 1 bunch rocket leaves (rinsed and patted dry)

Directions
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, tomatoes and basil in large bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bread, then top with turkey and arugula. Slice and serve.
