    I really wanted to like this recipe. I followed the recipe to the letter making sure I kept an eye on the rice. Unfortunately the rice cooked unevenly leaving some rice mushy and other rice much firmer. The chicken itself was delicious and very tender. Not sure that I will make it again. Would perhaps another hardier rice work better than jasmine rice?
