I slightly adjusted the recipe by adding more soy sauce till the marinade smelled less lemony and sour, and my partner and I both agree it was soooo tasty! Definitely using this recipe again! Reminded me of what I used to purchase at Filipino takeout, so now I can just make it at home!

Spot on recipe. I substituted lemon+lime for the calamansi/kumquat juice and it still tastes like my homecook meals in Phils.
