  • 120 grams flour (all-purpose)
  • 120 milliliters brandy
  • 0.5 liters dry white wine (cheap)
  • 2 liters fish stock (store-bought or make your own)
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • cayenne pepper (to taste)
