- 3 lb. bison ribeye (The Honest)
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 diced onion
- 4 Tbsp. oil (any type)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 box curry mix (Japanese, Medium or Hot)
- 6 cups water (or Beef Stock)
- salt

Directions
- Heat pan and add oil. Cook onions until tender.
- Season rib eye with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- Add seasoned meat to cooked onions and cook until the outside is brown (do not over cook, the inside of the meat will continue to cook in the slow cooker).
