Very good....I am a big sage fan so I added some to the gravy but my secret weapon is sprinkling a little sage and salt on the top of the biscuits before baking. Grands southern style works the best for me.

FANTASTIC. I used half a cup less milk than the recipe called for. I was worried about over salting and peppering, so I didn’t do enough salt. But with a little salt on each serving IT WAS SO SO GOOD!!!! Had it for dinner then warmed more up for breakfast and dinner again. Warmed up wonderfully.
I made it lactose-free by using a butter substitute and lactaid milk. I also made biscuits roughly following the Bisquick recipe + a butter sub. Great combo!! Definitely a do-again.
