- 20 Oreo cookies (the regular kind)
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 24 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 6 oz. brown sugar (about ¾ cup, tightly packed)
- 10 oz. Biscoff (spread, or similar)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or paste)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt (this is less salt than I would normally use because the Biscoff already contains salt)
- 2 oz. half and half
- 4 oz. semisweet chocolate (60% cocoa, I used Ghirardelli)
- 1.5 oz. Biscoff (spread, or similar)
- 3 oz. heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or paste)
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (or to taste)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (or paste)
