  • 2/3 cup rolled oats (organic)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 red apple (small)
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces Fresh berries (mixed)
  • 1 tablespoon nuts
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (mixed)
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (or honey)

    Directions

    1. Mix oats and juice together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour or until all juice has been absorbed.
    2. Grate apple and add to oat mixture along with the yogurt. Mix well. Top with berries, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey to serve.
