This was delicious, but the directions are a bit confusing. It says to blend everything together, however, upon reading the author’s description of the recipe, she says that in the picture she has the cherries on the top instead of on the bottom. Did I miss something? Nothing in the directions says to leave the cherries out and blend everything together. I’ll just do it next time. I didn’t use frozen coconut or almond milk either. I replaced both with liquid almond milk. Yummy nonetheless.
