- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 head romaine lettuce (large, or iceberg lettuce, chopped)
- 1 large tomato (or 12 grape tomatoes, diced)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (light, I use Trader Joe’s 3 Lite Cheese Blend)
- 12 dill pickles (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup (no sugar added)
- 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. white onion (minced)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 dash salt

This is a great go to salad. I always have the ingredients in the house. Love the dressing. Truly a Big Mac without the bun and bad beef.
