These cookies are fantastic! With peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips in one cookie recipe, how can it be wrong.

pretty good. would cook them about a minute or two less and maybe add an extra egg. I also didn’t have a mixer so I did it by hand but still turned out very well.

I was craving oatmeal and peanut butter and found this recipe of a gem. So delicious, and with the addition of chocolate chips....yummy! When I made them again, I snuck in a little bit of coconut... that just put them way over the top with goodness!!😋😋😋

Fantastic recipe!! I used rolled spelt instead of rolled oats because that's what I had on hand. Followed the recipe otherwise. They turned out great.

Finally, the perfect Peanut Butter Cookie! Perfect texture, perfect taste, perfect add-ins. I've baked many peanut butter cookies in my quest to find the perfect one, and this recipe is it. Thank you!

A QUICK, EASY RECIPE GARUNTEED TO IMPRESS. One of my go to recipes, these are the perfect cookies. They hold thier shape very well, are not crumbly or dry, store or transport very well, and because they are so big they are just fun to eat. All of this combines to make a wonderful party dessert or hostess gift. I only scoop 2 Tbsp instead of the recommeneded 3, and I bake a full 20 to 22 minutes instead of 15. Highly recommend this quick and easy but still impressive cookie.
