Great Recipe! I found the perfect recipe of greens with my favorite ingredients. I will probably never do another greens recipe other than this one! I don’t think these greens made it to plate because they were so good!

This has been my "go to" recipe for real Georgia style greens for several years. Great...but reduce the red pepper flakes to 1 teaspoon the first time you make this. The full tablespoon made the recipe almost inedible!
