Bibimbap is a huge fav of mine!! This recipe juggled a lot of prep work but it was absolutely worth it. Very tasty!
In place of the cucumbers, I added some marinated hot peppers.

I made it without the gosari as I did not have any of that on hand. It was still delicious, will make this again.
