- 3 Tbsp. chili pepper (Korean, paste gochujang)
- 1 Tbsp. gochugaru (Korean chili pepper flakes, if you like extra heat)
- 1 tsp. hot mustard (Korean/Asian, paste optional)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (or use honey or corn syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
