- ginger (grated 1 Tbsp)

- 1 tsp. chilli powder
- salt (or to taste)
- tomatoes (skinned, chopped and cut 4 medium sized)

- coriander leaves (Chopped, for garnish, optional)
- tomato (Ripe, sliced for garnish, optional)
