- 4 eggs
- 1 onion (Large, finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 handful coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 chopped green chilies (~2, finely)
- red chili powder (According to taste)
- salt (According to Taste)
- 4 Tbsp. oil (I used Mustard oil as this recipe is traditional Bengali one, you can use any vegetable oil as you wish if you do not like the pungent smell of the mustard oil)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 4 potato (medium size, cut into small cubes)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 medium tomato (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- red chili powder (: 3 tbsp or according to Taste, I used Kashmiri Chili Powder)
- 2 green chilies (slit)
- salt (to Taste)
- sugar (to balance the saltiness only/to taste)
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
