- 12 prawns (extra large, I used fresh ones from market, you can use frozen ones)
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup curds (/ yogurt)
- 3 Tbsp. mustard (paste, I used readymade paste from Sunrise mustard powder but you may grind mustard seeds to make mustard paste)
- 3 tsp. poppy seeds (Posto)
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 3 cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 5 green chilies (slited and two more for garnishing)
- 2 Tbsp. mustard oil
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (for people with sugar tooth)
