This is delicious! I added a few things since I'm trying to up my vegetable intake. I added 8 cloves of garlic to the sauce (pressed), Amaranth leaves (a leafy green), green beans, and sweet potato. We ate it over some rice noodles. Definitely will be making this again!

Easy to make and my family loved it. I used 16 oz burger instead of crumbly and just increased the brown sugar and soy sauce to 1/3c plus 1Tblsp. My son who hates Beyond Burger had a second helping! I will definitely add this to my go to recipe list
