Super easy and tasted great! I let mine marinate longer and I like mine with just a LITTLE pink so I cooked it 10-12 minutes. But great recipe!

My family REALLY enjoyed them! I cooked these for Father's Day. My husband liked them so much he told me I could cook steaks more often. :) That is the best compliment since I have not cooked steaks since we got together over 11 years ago!

simple is King when it comes to this cut when cooking. if you want a Steak then you want this recipe.

It turned out perfect. The only thing that was a little bit off was the oven time for medium rare should be a minute or two less.

Phenomenal recipe! I added garlic and herb mix, and substituted fennel for the thyme for my tastes.

awesome! This is the only way we make steak now. we've made it at least 6 times. Going to attempt it on the grill for fathers day! I was never a big meat eater until trying this.

Loved, loved, loved this recipe! This came out perfectly cooked and delicious. It was super flavorful and juicy. I would definitely make this again. So much better than the restaurants!
