- 3 cups broccoli flowerets (cut into same-sized pieces)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for cooking broccoli)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (diced, I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
- 1 1/4 cups low fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo (or light mayo)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder (I used Penzey's Sweet Curry Powder)

Made this tonight. Husband and three year old daughter both loved it! Served over rice. Will make again for sure.
