The whole family loved it! Used broccoli instead of onions and snow peas and it was delicious!

Really good. Hard to find miso paste. Be careful not to overcook the noodles!

Flavour was great, changed the assembly slightly (noodles prepared in last 2 minutes), but simple to create.
