The instructions was good and easy to follow. However, I had to flip back and forth to figure out the amount that is needed for each ingredient. That was the most confusing part. Because the ingredients are not in order. But it was very tasty and it turned out well.

Excellent! Made this for dinner and my picky Hubby loved it. Substituted top sirloin since it was on sale. Used sodium reduced soy sauce instead of oyster sauce as only had fish sauce. Also added tiny baby carrots with the broccoli. Served over wild rice, which I snuck in on Hubby who later requested that this dish as is be served monthly.

Excellent! I've made this many times and substitute vegetables with whatever I have on hand. Great served over Udon noodles as well.

I made this yummy dish as written. It was a touch salty for me so next time I will use sodium reduced soy sauce, use water instead of chicken broth, and omit the salt. Otherwise I found it super delicious and relatively easy to put together. Thanks for sharing!
