Easy recipe and one my family likes. I omit salt since enough is in the soy sauce. Also add some cabbage to the veggies and some ginger.

I made it but added more soy and oyster sauce. While I loved it, I would likely add some ginger the next go ‘round

I used boil in the bag rice... I think I should use regular rice. It still taste very good though!

Delicious and easy way to use up cooked rice. I liked the fresh carrots in this better than frozen. I only had Hoisin Sauce instead of Oyster Sauce but it was perfect.

Very good! Followed the directions every step of the way & it turned out really well. Guests at the party loved it. They thought I ordered it. I’m glad I chose this recipe.

Now this is how you make fried rice. Normally we have extra rice left over for next time but there was not enough now due to everyone going for seconds.

Agree - great base recipe. I added fried tofu tossed in hoisin - soy - oj, used asparagus instead of peas, cut the vegetables larger and kept crisp for more presence and used long grain basmati rice.

Perfect base recipe.. I halved the recipe, used less sesame oil- too overpowering for me. I also added splashes of soy at a time, tasting as the rice fried to reach the goal taste.

Delicious! Flavorful and perfect. I've made it many times and use a different kind of meat every time!
