Super easy and delicious! It may not be the prettiest to look at (my family was hesitant at first) but it tastes great. This recipe is truly better than the takeout version, plus you know exactly what is going into it.

Delicious ! Based off the other reviews I was worried about the sauce but I stuck to the recipe and the dish turned out amazing .

This came out really great and was easy to make. Based on the other reviews, when I began the sauce I only added half the amount of white sugar. I then did a quick taste test and decided it wasn't too sweet for us (in fact, the white vinegar was really pungent, so I might try ACV next time), so I added the remaining sugar. But if you're concerned about it being too sweet, just leave some out to begin with, taste as you go, add if needed.
It did take me a little longer than anticipated with frying up the chicken, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get started.
We served this alongside some homemade fried rice and it was delicious, the kids loved it as much as the adults. We'll definitely make this one again.

My family loved it. I used less sugar and fresh ginger and garlic. I stir fried some veggies on the side and tossed them together. This worked out well with the picky eaters.

Great recipe. Made it at home and everyone loved it! The chicken comes out tender and full of flavor.

Delicious but reduced amount of sugar, only 3 tbs of brown sugar, not white sugar used. Served with boiled rice.

So, it is super sweet, but not one bite was left at the end of dinner I will make it again!

I omitted the additional sugar. I baked this as the recipe indicated. It did not turn out crisp or anything like the picture. I would recommend reduce the sauce by half and mixing it with the cooked chicken. A bit disappointing but a quick meal.

We ate the whole thing and I have already been asked to make it again. My only complsints are 1: it's too gummy, I'll cut down the corn starch 2: it's too sweet, I'll cut out the sugar completely. It doesn't need it. Then I think it'll awesome.

Made as directions indicated and found the sauce to be really sweet, a little too sweet. Will make again some time in the future but will definitely cut back on the sugar and honey.

Well I finally had a chance to make this yummy dish. This dish is totally amazing. I’m not one for measuring ingredients. As a rule I do a lot of guessing, and it was still the best sesame chicken I’ve ever had. I will definitely be making this dish again and when I do I will double the sauce. Extra sauce for the rice is always a bonus. All those healthy ingredients are nothing but good for you!!!

Super good! My whole entire family loved this meal and I will make it again!!

Really yummy! But for some reason mine came out with an overpowering honey taste... I will probably use less honey next time, maybe 3/4 or 1/2 the amount. I'm sure it will still be satisfyingly sweet with the other sugars included. My husband, who prefers savory over sweet meat, said it was just okay. We'll see how round 2 goes!

It was very good! Might cut down on the sugar just a bit next time but I loved it!

The recipe title says it all! This was the best sesame chicken I have ever eaten. I was skeptical when I saw ketchup in the list of ingredients and when making the sauce I still had my doubts but after pouring it over the fried chicken and baking 20 minutes it was AMAZING!

Followed instructions exactly as written. Pulled chicken out and it looked beautiful! Chicken was very moist, it it was just way to sweet. Overall it was good, don't think I'll make it again but if you enjoy sweeter foods you will very much like this.
