    Cake was very good and had great flavor. The only thing was my cake fell apart. Not sure if I didn't let it sit enough or used to much juice but trying to transfer the two halves basically turned them into pieces. Still tasted good though.

    Have made it twice, the best cake I have made. The second time I tossed in a handful of walnut pieces- even better I get requests to make it all of the time. By the way, I am no expert, Thank you Broma Bakery

    This is the best cake I've ever made. It is so moist and people always want a second piece. When I take it to work I go home with an empty pan. I'm going to make this for thanksgiving this year to see how it goes with the other 15 desserts that will be there. Great recipe and really easy to make!! Now I'm wanting to fix one today, decisions decisions!! Thanks for the great recipe!

    Overall this recipe was pretty good and easy to make. I modified to make this into cupcakes which could have changed my experience perhaps. The cake was moist and well textured. Frosting was pretty basic and I think it could have used a little splash of something to liven it up a bit. My biggest complaint was that even though I put the entire 20 oz can of pineapples in and put at least 1 tbsp of pineapple juice onto each cupcake, I couldn't taste any pineapple! Seriously, my taste testers were shocked there was pineapple in the recipe - all they could taste was coconut. I would probably make again, but mostly if I was wanting a coconut cupcake.
