  • 1 cup olives (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion powder (+ tsp)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pie crust (I prefer homemade pressed into a greased pie pan, pricked with a fork. Omit if you prefer a frittata.)
