Very nice, moist kept in the fridge for three days before was eaten completely. Regarding icing I found online that it’s best to mix butter with icing sugar first before adding cream cheese then it’s less runny.

This was amazing. Fed nearly 3/4 of the cake between 4 guests after the Sunday roast.

Amazing cake. Very easy to make. Very moist. I left out sultanas as didn’t have any and used mixed nuts. I didn’t cut it in half as my cake tin was 24inch. So halved the topping recipe. The topping was a bit too runny. Held its form on the cake but bit too gooey. Boyfriend and family loved it. Would make again but adjust the topping part.
