This was a really good basic recipe. Not being a not being a fan of Sweet and Sour Sauces but my Boyfriend is. We were making Egg rolls for dinner. I decided to kick it up by adding sautéd garlic and ginger. the flavor was excellent and went well with dinner.
BF would like me to make enough to bottle so he'll never ask for Sweet and Sour when we order take out

We added way to much vinegar! It was good but it tasted like something was missing. I just couldn't put my finger on what it could have been!

It was great! I may use a bit less sugar next time around....a bit on the sweet side. My son is allergic to pinapple juice so I simply used water! I also added one clove of grated garlic. YUM!

Ok but it needed a little more sweetness at the end so I just put in a TB of honey. Also, how much of a cornstarch slurry do you put in? I didn't catch that in the ingredients list. It is easy to make.
