I have made this multiple times - and will make multiple more. Very flavorable. My only addition is about 1/2 cup of onion.

First time. Only recipe I found that I had all ingredients. Cooked rice as instructed on rice bag. Split liquid between chicken broth and salsa. Was good. Easy. Added 1 -2 tsp fajita seasoning to taste/smell while sautéing onions & rice before added liquid. So much easier than other recipes. Will be my go to.

Easiest recipe ever! The rice was amazing and so delicious! I added chicken seasoned with a little garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Very yummy!

My new favorite side dish recipe OhMyGoodness! So easy and extremely delicious!! We eat rice every chance we get so this was a wonderful addition to our rice varieties!! Yummy yummy yum!!

Very good as is, without adding all the cumin & chili powder others recommend. I do wish the directions weren’t so vague.

I made this as a side the first time, but the second time I added chicken for an easy and quick dinner. My son has asked me to make it again more than once. 👍🏼
