Delicious!
First time making real biscuits,
I only got 8 biscuits out of the recipe, and had trouble spreading the dough out far enough to cut them.
I split the dough up and formed it, handling it as little as possible.
I froze the dough overnight to cook the next morning for 15 min.

They turned out good. Hubby of 50 years wanted corned beef for dinner and it's too rich for my system, I decided on these to compromise with these so we each could go in different directions dinner-wise. Hubby loved them, I probably wanted a little sweetness for me. Will make again.

The Best Southern Buttermilk Biscuits are actually the best biscuits. My entire family has really enjoyed the taste and texture of the biscuits.
