Turned out well and was tasty. I was nervous about how robust the marinade was, but it wasn’t overpowering. I really don’t have any criticism about the recipe, but it wasn’t necessarily interesting. Great for a Tues night dinner, but I probably wouldn’t make it for guests or a special occasion.

Family loved it. As others have said, it comes out very juicy and easy to cut. Most os the ingredients are usually on hand. Just snipped a few herbs from the garden and we had perfect chicken.

Succulent and tasty, nice alternative to standard roast. I roasted the chicken with lemon wedges too
