Perfect! Came perfectly out of the bone, I did 1,8 kg and took 4 hours plus 10 mins per each side for the bbq sauce to caramelize, definitely doing it again!

These are the best ribs ever. I used Hughes non sugar Hickory sauce at the end. Perfect.

So easy and fall off the bone. This is my go-to rib recipe. The removal of the silver back is a must if you really want them to fall off.
