This was way better than my Mom’s meatloaf. I liked how it was a little less dense than other meatloaf I have tried Good!

The flavor was good but my peppers were still crunchy. next time i will saute the peppers with the onion and garlic to soften then up a bit.

The best meatloaf I've ever made. I didn't have catch up so I had to make the topping out of a can of Hunts tomato paste and I can of Hunts tomato sauce a fourth a cup of yellow mustard and a half a cup of brown sugar and a teaspoon of pepper. It was awesome!

Made 2016-10-30. Omitted the bell pepper. Replaced oats with bread crumbs -1 cup and let soak with 1 cup of milk. Added 1/4 envelope of dried onion soup mix. 2 lbs of pork/veal/beef mixture. 1/4 cup of ketchup, chopped parsley. Very good and will make again. This is my to go recipe from now on.
